Project: Hawaiʻi Sustainable Seafood Month Webpage, 2024

October is Sustainable Seafood Month in Hawaiʻi and Chef Hui in partnership with Conservation International Hawaiʻi wanted to highlight local chefs with their recipes, local ingredients and community events. For this year, The Every Piece Project, emphasizes that “Every Catch Counts, Every Piece Matters.” for 100% fish utilization so the site has been updated with a dynamic new layout for resources, research and videos.
